PROHIBITED ACTS

Strict Prohibitions and Warnings Regarding Digital Voice Usage

The copyrights and neighboring rights of this product (audio data) belong to Ex-R John Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as "the Company") or other legitimate rights holders. Purchasers are granted a non-exclusive right to use this product for private viewing purposes only, and the following actions are strictly prohibited for any reason whatsoever.

1. Prohibited Secondary Use and Distribution

Unauthorized Reproduction and Distribution:
Any act of transferring, lending, redistributing, or reselling all or part of this product to a third party, whether for a fee or free of charge.
Public Transmission/Uploading:
Uploading to social media, video-sharing sites, storage services, bulletin boards, etc., and making it accessible or viewable to an unspecified number of people.
Processing/Modification:
Any act of cutting audio, changing pitch, adding effects, or any other modification (beyond personal enjoyment).
BGM/Material Usage:
Using as background music for videos, streams on YouTube, TikTok, etc., or as material for games or apps.

2. Prohibition against Artificial Intelligence (AI) Learning

Our company explicitly prohibits the use of audio data contained in this product for the development, training, or construction of artificial intelligence, generative models, or similar technologies.

Use in Machine Learning:
Use as training data for speech synthesis, voice conversion (RVC, etc.), and AI-driven automatic generation.
Generation of Cloned Voices:
Any act of generating voices that mimic a specific individual's voice using this product as source data.
Scraping:
Automated data collection and analysis using programs or similar tools.

3. Legal Action

If you violate the above prohibitions, we may take the following legal action:

Injunction and Deletion Request:
A request for the immediate deletion of infringing content and the cessation of its dissemination.
Claim for Damages:
A claim for damages incurred by our company and the rights holders due to copyright infringement, including an amount equivalent to the legitimate license fees, investigation costs, and attorney's fees.
Criminal Complaint:
May be subject to criminal penalties under the provisions of the Copyright Act, Unfair Competition Prevention Act, etc.
