The products sold through this service are digital audio data, and will be provided by downloading from a download link sent to your registered email address after purchase.

License:

Purchasers are granted a non-exclusive license to use this product for personal viewing purposes only.

Cancellation:

Due to the nature of digital products, cancellations and refunds are not accepted after purchase. We offer a trial listening function, so please be sure to check it before making a purchase.

Article 4 Prohibited Acts

Unauthorized Reproduction/Redistribution:

Transferring, lending, redistributing, or reselling all or part of this product to a third party, whether for a fee or free of charge.

Public Transmission:

Unauthorized uploading and public transmission to SNS, video sharing sites, storage services, etc.

AI Learning Use:

Use as training data for speech synthesis, voice conversion, AI-generated speech, etc.

Legal Violations:

Actions that violate laws and regulations or public order and morals.

Business Interference:

Actions that may interfere with the operation of our services.

Article 5 Intellectual Property Rights

Ownership of Rights:

The copyright and neighboring rights of the content included in this service (including audio data) belong to our company or to the rightful owners with legitimate authority, and users are granted only a non-exclusive right to privately use this product.

Trademarks:

The logos, names, and other trademarks of this service belong to our company or our partners, and unauthorized use is prohibited.

Article 6 Disclaimer

Changes to Service Content:

We may change, add to, or discontinue the content of this service without notifying users, and users agree to this.

Service Interruption:

Response to Violations:

In the event of confirmed commercial use, unauthorized AI training, reproduction, or redistribution, we may take action, including legal measures.

Purpose of Protection:

This feature is implemented to protect the rights of performers and purchasers and has no impact whatsoever within the scope of personal use.
